(from Henry VIII by William Shakespeare) Welcome to my website. Officially my career started in 1994 when I got a licence to act as a performer. At the beginning I sang in catering establishments and I toured in the country as a vocalist of a widely known group called TŰZRÓZSÁK (Roses of Fire) among others. Lately, I’d rather undertake to sing on the stage. I have had performances on several music festivals and organisations as well as in hotels and different organisations of local authorities. In 2003 I represented Hungary and its musical culture with my colleagues as a soloist of a Veszprém band VERBUNKOS in Holland and Mauritius isle where the beautiful Hungarian songs were listened by the President of the Republic and Minister of Tourism. In October 2004 I sang the famous operetta song Far is the big forest by Kálmán Imre and the other fascinating Hungarian songs in Békéscsaba with Sánta Ferenc and his orchestra, which are known and loved by a lot of people in the world. This programme was broadcast by Duna TV. In September2006 I sang for 15,000 people with a great success in Somlóvásárhely on the occasion of Somló Days organisations, where there were Bangó Margit and Hevesi Tamás among the performers, too. Last year and similarly this year I had the opportunity to sing on the occasion of the opening ceremony of the Reform Age Days in Balatonfüred. Last time, on 16 October I was asked by the OSZK to sing with a new generation gipsy band in Budapest, on the Police’s Day of ORFK. It was a great success. The main goal of my life is to take care for the treasury of Hungarian national music and to make it known more widely by undertaking tours even abroad so that inheritance of Bartók, Kodály, Kálmán Imre, Lehár Ferenc and Huszka Jenő could survive not only in Hungary but in the other parts of the world. Being a religious woman I consider the church music my heart and soul, too. I often sing songs by Mozart, Schubert, Bach, and Liszt in churches, mainly in Advent. In 1997 was the first time when the Church Music Days were opened in Felsőörs Protestant Church, by my performance. |
